Part 1 — Terms of Use

1. Who we are and what is Consigo

Consigo is a habit-building application developed and operated by Jeff Monteiro, registered under CPF 214.402.918-02, resident in São Paulo, SP, Brazil, also referred to in these terms as "we", "our", or "Consigo".

By installing or using the application, you ("user") accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the app.

2. What Consigo offers

The application allows you to:

• Create and track daily habit challenges (predefined or custom)
• Record your progress through photos with statistics ("registration card")
• View your history of achievements in a timeline format
• Import signed routines
• Export and Share routines to lead communities (feature of the ULTRA and CREATOR versions)

Consigo works offline by default. Your activities and records are stored locally on your device. An internet connection may be required for optional features such as importing or exporting routines, cloud backup, and synchronization between devices.

3. User account

The basic use of Consigo does not require account creation. Features involving cross-device synchronization or the use of shared challenges may require registration, in which case you will be informed before providing any data.

By creating an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out under your access.

4. User-generated content

Photos and registration cards: Images captured by your device's camera during registration are stored locally and/or in your device's photo album. We do not access, store, or transmit your photos to our servers without your explicit authorization.

When sharing a registration card on social media or other channels, you do so on your own initiative, outside of the Consigo environment. We are exempt from liability for the shared content or for any consequences arising from this sharing.

Custom challenges: The information you enter when creating custom challenges is stored locally on your device.

All data, including images, may be sent to one of our servers from the moment the user subscribes to a plan that includes related features, including backup and routine sharing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Consigo exclusively for lawful and personal purposes. It is prohibited to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application
• Use the app for commercial purposes without prior written authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the app or its infrastructure
• Create false accounts or impersonate others
• Use the app in a way that violates applicable law

6. Plans and payments

Free Plan: available to all users, with display of third-party advertising and feature limitations.

PRO Plan: removes advertising and unlocks features that do not require online services, such as backup and routine sharing. Data is stored strictly on the user's device, with no cloud data backup or synchronization capability with another device.

ULTRA Plan: includes the PRO plan features and adds cloud backup with the ability to synchronize data across different devices, routine sharing, and receiving a limited number of shields to defend streaks.

CREATOR Plan: includes the ULTRA plan features and adds routine detailing for sharing, requesting personal data, and usage events from users who import their routines. The use of the features of this plan is subject to the mandatory acceptance of the Creator Terms of Service, which defines the intellectual property rules of the routines and the obligations of the Lead Machine under the LGPD.

PRO, ULTRA, and CREATOR plans are offered through a recurring subscription, whose values, billing cycle, and conditions are displayed on the subscription screen within the app and in the respective stores (Google Play and App Store).

Subscription cancellation can be done at any time directly through the platform where the purchase was made (Google Play or App Store), according to each store's policies. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except as provided by law or store policies.

7. Intellectual property

All Consigo content — including name, logo, design, texts, icons, code, and features — is the exclusive property of Jeff Monteiro or is duly licensed, and protected by Brazilian intellectual property law and international treaties.

Using the app does not transfer any rights to these elements to the user.

The phrase "Hoje eu consigo" (Today I can) and its variations in other languages are part of the brand identity and cannot be used for commercial purposes without authorization.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Consigo is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the app will be free of errors, interruptions, or failures. We are not responsible for:

• Data loss resulting from device failure, uninstallation, or factory reset
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the app
• Personal results arising from the use or non-use of the proposed habits

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When this occurs, you will be notified by the app before continuing to use it. Continued use after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of São Paulo / SP are chosen to resolve any disputes, with waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.

Part 2 — Privacy Policy

This Policy was prepared in compliance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (General Data Protection Law — LGPD) and with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines.

2. Core principle: offline first

Consigo was designed to function independently of the internet. This means that the vast majority of your activities — creating habits, recording completions, taking photos — happen entirely on your device, without any data being sent to our servers.

3. What data we collect (and what we do not collect)

3.1 Data we do not collect

• Local data (Free and PRO Plan): Photos, images, and custom habits do not leave the device.
• Cloud data (Ultimate/Creator Plan): Habit content, history, and image metadata are securely synchronized to Consigo's Firebase (Google Cloud) servers to enable backup and synchronization.

3.2 Data collected automatically (free version with ads)

For the display of personalized advertising, third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob) may collect:

• Device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android), which can be reset by you in your device settings
• Technical device data (model, operating system, language)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

This data is processed in accordance with the privacy policies of the respective advertising partners. In paid versions, the display of ads is disabled, and this collection does not occur.

3.3 Data collected for optional features

If you opt for features that require connection (such as collective challenges or cloud backup), we may collect:

• Email address and/or phone number (for authentication)
• Aggregated and anonymized usage data (for app improvement)
• Transaction data (managed by Apple or Google, not by us directly)

3.4 Integration data shared with Creators (Lead Machine)

If you choose to import a routine created and shared by another user (CREATOR plan), they may condition access to the routine on the provision of personal data to their own contact database (lead machine). The requested data may include:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email
• Progress and completion events of the respective routine

This data is securely sent to our infrastructure servers (in the cloud) and, from there, forwarded to the destination URL (webhook) configured and controlled by the creator of the routine. We do not permanently store this information beyond the time necessary to ensure secure processing and delivery of the lead to the creator, unless you have active general cloud backup (Ultimate/Creator plan). Creators who use this feature are contractually bound by the Creator Terms of Service and act as independent data controllers upon receipt of the leads.

Every time you import a routine that requires this sharing, you will see a detailed alert informing you of what data will be shared with that specific creator, requiring your free and explicit consent to proceed.

4. Purpose and legal basis for processing (LGPD, art. 7)

5. Access to camera and gallery

Consigo requests access to the camera and/or photo gallery exclusively for the daily registration feature (capturing the achievement card). This access:

• Is requested only at the moment you trigger the feature
• Can be revoked at any time in your device settings
• Does not involve sending images to our servers

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following situations:

• Advertising partners (free plan only): as described in section 3.2
• Routine creators (Publishers): only when you choose to import and use a routine that requires data sharing. This data is temporarily processed by our servers and securely forwarded to the webhook of the routine creator, who acts as an independent data controller for this information upon receipt.
• Technical service providers: companies that assist us in operating the app (hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements and required to process data only according to our instructions
• Legal obligation: when required by competent authority, court order, or to protect rights

7. International data transfer

Advertising partners and cloud services may process data on servers outside Brazil. In these cases, we require transfers to occur to countries with an adequate level of protection or through standard contractual clauses, in compliance with art. 33 of the LGPD.

8. Your rights as a data subject (LGPD, art. 18)

You have the right to, at any time:

• Confirmation and access: know if we process your data and what they are
• Correction: update incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
• Anonymization, blocking, or deletion: of unnecessary or excessive data
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format
• Deletion: request the deletion of data processed based on consent
• Revocation of consent: at any time, without prejudice to the use of the app in its offline features
• Objection: challenge processing carried out based on legitimate interest

9. Data retention and deletion

• Local data: remains on your device until you uninstall the app or perform a factory reset. We have no control over this data after uninstallation.
• Account data (if applicable): maintained while your account is active and for up to 5 years after termination, unless there is a legal obligation to retain for a different period.
• Advertising data: managed by advertising partners in accordance with their own policies.

10. Children and adolescents

Consigo is not directed to children under 12 years of age. We do not intentionally collect data from minors without the consent of legal guardians. If we become aware that a minor has provided data without authorization, we will proceed with immediate deletion.

Users between 12 and 17 years old must obtain consent from guardians to use features involving data collection.

11. Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction, including:

• Local storage protected by the device security system (iOS Secure Enclave / Android Keystore)
• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) for features that require connection
• Restricted access to data by our team, based on need

No system is 100% secure. In the event of a security incident that may generate significant risk, we will notify the ANPD (National Data Protection Authority) and the affected data subjects within the timeframes provided by the LGPD.

12. Changes to this Policy

Any changes will be communicated through the app with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after notification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
